Federal funds finally arrive
HOUSTON (FOX 26) – Moe than 500 days after Hurricane Harvey hammered the Gulf Coast, federal recovery funds funneled through the Texas General Land Office have finally arrived in Houston. The General Land Office money is substantial 1.1 billion dollars slated for homeowner assistance, new single family construction and rehabilitation of rental properties.
