Houston mayoral debate touches on flooding, budget issues and more

HOUSTON – Four candidates vying to be the next mayor of Houston will take the stage Friday at Houston Baptist University to debate the issues.
The debate begins at 7 p.m. and will be broadcast live on KPRC 2 and streamed live at Click2Houston.com.
To qualify for tonight’s debate, the candidates had to raise more than $50,000 in political contributions as of Oct. 7. Each of the candidates who met this criterion were invited to be a part of the debate. You can read more about each of the four participating candidates here.
