COLUMBUS COUNTY, NC (WAWAY) — Governor Roy Cooper will be in the Cape Fear Thursday afternoon.
He plans to visit a home in Whiteville severely damaged by a recent hurricane.

The home is undergoing renovations with money from a Community Development Block Grant.
