Video and photos: Storms bring several inches of rain, flooding to North Texas

DALLAS — Storms overnight Sunday into Monday have dropped several inches of rain into North Texas, causing some localized flooding and nightmares for travelers.

WFAA Reporter Sydney Persing shot a video of conditions in Balch Springs, which has seen more than 10 inches of rain drop in just a few hours. 

WFAA Anchor Chris Lawrence shared this video of pooling in East Dallas, near Mockingbird Lane in Lakewood.
