CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – In preparation for hurricane season, which began June 1, the City’s Public Works Department planned to distribute free prefilled sandbags to the public in four different areas of the city throughout the month of June. Free sandbags will soon be distributed to residents in four areas of Corpus Christi in preparation for hurricane season, which began June 1.
