Battle to stop 1,325-acre Southern Calif. wildfire continues; arson investigation underway
PACIFIC PALISADES, Calif. — Mandatory evacuation orders remain in effect Monday for residents in the western Los Angeles area as firefighters continue to battle a 1,325-acre brush fire near Pacific Palisades. Authorities are searching for a person suspected of setting the blaze. The blaze, dubbed the Palisades Fire, was 0% contained as of Sunday afternoon.
