Streets flood in Galveston

Galveston Island experienced some street flooding on Friday morning as the area was under flash flood watch.

 A Flash Flood Watch is in effect until 4 p.m. Friday for Jackson, Brazoria, Chambers, Galveston, Harris, Matagorda, Fort Bend, Liberty and Wharton counties.

Texas A&M Galveston cancelled classes for the remainder of Friday and directed anyone on campus to shelter-in-place and remain until further notice.
