Wrightsville Beach reopens for first time since Hurricane Florence

Wrightsville Beach reopened for residents, property owners and business owners Tuesday morning.

A long line of vehicles was waiting when reentry began at 9 a.m.

Residents were required to have a tax decal posted on their windshield to re-enter Wrightsville Beach.
