Much of southeast Texas is still attempting to recover from the devastation brought on by Tropical Storm Imelda, which left five people dead and ravaged many Texas communities.
Among the communities most impacted was Beaumont, which is in the early stages of repairing the homes that were destroyed and trying to find solutions for the future.
