AUSTIN, Texas — More severe storms will be possible Wednesday into the weekend.
A majority of the KVUE viewing area has been dropped out of the Flash Flood Watch. Milam, Lee and Fayette counties remain under the Watch through Thursday afternoon due to additional showers and storms expected this week on top of many areas that already have saturated grounds.
Another round of showers and storms will be possible Wednesday. Isolated storms could bring large hail, damaging winds, isolated tornadoes and more flash flooding.
The stormy weather pattern continues through the start of the weekend, but the severe threat lessens. That’s not to say a severe storm or two will not be possible, but our greatest concern will be flooding and river flooding by the end of the week.
