Travelers could be facing delays Wednesday as millions of Americans head home after extreme heat, high winds and heavy rains impacted Fourth of July celebrations across the country. CBS News senior transportation correspondent Kris Van Cleave has more from Phoenix, where temperatures are expected to hit triple digits Wednesday afternoon.
