At least 5 dead, 2 missing after flash flooding in Bucks County, Pennsylvania
The Northeast is once again dealing with a surge in flash flooding impacting states from New Hampshire to Pennsylvania. At least five people are dead and two young children are missing due to weather-related events in Bucks County. Wakisha Bailey with CBS News Philadelphia reports.
