Water still rising in Florida from Hurricane Idalia
Hurricane Idalia has weakened since making landfall Wednesday morning in Florida, but life-threatening storm surge is still expected as tides change. CBS News correspondent David Begnaud reports from Crystal River, Florida, on the flooding.
