Idalia roars through Georgia and South Carolina after hitting Florida as hurricane
A weaker Idalia moved over the Carolinas as a tropical storm early Thursday, bringing heavy rain and storm surge flooding a day after hitting Florida as a major hurricane. CBS News correspondent Cristian Benavides reports from Cedar Key, Florida.
