Gov. Cooper to hold news conference on Tropical Storm Debby
RALEIGH, NC (WWAY) — Governor Cooper and emergency officials will hold a news conference Wednesday morning.
The governor and State Emergency Response Team will provide information and answer questions about the state response to Tropical Storm Debby.
