Carolina Hurricanes playoff tickets go on sale next week

Raleigh, N.C. — The Carolina Hurricanes announced single-game playoff tickets will go on sale next week.
Tickets for the general public go on sale at noon ET Thursday, April 10.
Season-ticket holders will have the opportunity to buy playoff tickets first on Wednesday, April 9.
People can get text updates about playoff tickets by texting “PLAYOFFS25” to 919-705-0896.
It’s unclear which team the Canes will match up against in the first round of the Stanley Cup Playoffs with several games left to play in the regular season.
If the season ended after Wednesday night’s play, the Canes would match up against the New Jersey Devils.
The Hurricanes will play at least two playoff games in 2025 at the Lenovo Center.
Sixteen NHL teams qualify for the playoffs. Each of the four rounds is a best-of-seven-game series, meaning the first team to win four games advances to the next round.
On Wednesday night, the Canes clinched their seventh consecutive playoff berth with a 5-1 win over the conference-leading Washington Capitals.
It will also mark the seventh consecutive playoff appearance for Hurricanes head coach Rod Brind’Amour. The Canes are the only NHL team to win a playoff series in each of the last six seasons.
Brind’Amour joined Pat Burns (Montreal Canadiens/Toronto Maple Leafs, 1988-94) last season as the second coach in league history to win a playoff series in each of his first six seasons.
The Hurricanes have sold out 107 games and counting at the Lenovo Center, which used to be called PNC Arena. Carolina has two home games left during the 2024-25 regular season: April 12 against the New York Rangers and April 13 against the Toronto Maple Leafs.
The last day of the 20245-25 regular season is April 17.
The Stanley Cup Playoffs start on April 19.
