The overnight flooding devastated areas all across Kerr County.
KERRVILLE, Tenn. — A flooding emergency devastated the Hill Country overnight. As of 4 p.m. Friday officials say 13 people were confirmed dead and more than 20 campers at Camp Mystic were unaccounted for.
