Tropical depression in Gulf upgraded; Tropical Storm Cristobal confirmed

Tropical Depression Three has been upgraded to Tropical Storm Cristobal, with maximum sustained wind speeds of 40 mph.
The storm is expected to remain in the Bay of Campeche before likely moving into the central Gulf by Friday and Saturday.
