ASHEBORO, N.C. — The North Carolina Zoo will remain closed until Monday due to Hurricane Ian.
The zoo will reopen Monday with its normal hours, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
In a press release, officials said there was no significant damage to the zoo, but “staff have a tremendous about of debris to remove before reopening to the public.”
