Desperate effort to save lives in Italy amid historic flooding

At least nine people are dead and thousands have been forced out of their homes after heavy rains caused catastrophic flooding in northern Italy. According to authorities, some areas received half their average annual rainfall amount in just 36 hours. CBS News foreign correspondent Chris Livesay reports on the desperate efforts to save lives.
