Biden addresses Hawaii wildfires, marks one year of PACT Act

President Biden marked the one-year anniversary of the PACT Act by speaking at a Salt Lake City VA medical center Thursday, highlighting the law’s expanded benefits for veterans who were exposed to toxic chemicals.
