Over 100 people are now confirmed dead on the Hawaiian island of Maui after last week’s wildfires, with hundreds more still missing. CBS News correspondent Jonathan Vigliotti is on Maui and talked with survivors about the lack of official assistance during and after the disaster.

More than one week into the state’s worst natural disaster in history, cadaver dogs are still searching for victims after wildfires tore through Hawaii. CBS News’ Lilia Luciano spoke to residents in Maui, some who have lost their homes and others who are lending a hand in the ongoing recovery.

As the confirmed death toll from the Maui wildfires grows to more than 100, survivors say they failed to receive food and basic supplies in the days following the inferno. CBS News’ Jonathan Vigliotti reports.

Just four of the victims so far have been positively identified, according to Maui County officials. Gov. Green estimated that about 1,300 people remain unaccounted for.
