A major Pfizer pharmaceutical plant was severely damaged after a deadly tornado ripped through North Carolina on Wednesday.

Millions of Americans live in parts of the U.S. where temperatures have reached over 100 degrees. Meanwhile, Kentucky’s governor has declared a state of emergency following Wednesday’s heavy and potentially record-setting rain. Justin Michaels reports from Mayfield, Kentucky.
