CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Three lucky dogs from Louisiana are settling in at the Humane Society of Charlotte following Hurricane Barry. BURGAW, N.C. — North Carolina’s top judicial official says several courthouses are still recovering from damage suffered in Hurricane Florence last year.
