HOUSTON — Strong storms knocked out power to customers in the Greater Houston area. At the outage’s peak, more than 2.2 million CenterPoint customers are without power. At noon Monday., Entergy reported over 200,000 customers without power, mostly in Montgomery, Walker, Liberty and Jefferson counties.
