City of Austin crews preparing storm drains for potential flooding
Ahead of the heavy rain and flooding threat this weekend, crews are clearing out debris to minimize the flood risk. AUSTIN, Texas — Crews from Austin’s Watershed Protection Department have been clearing out culverts to make sure they don’t get flooded with the expected heavy rainfall this weekend.
