Severe flooding has forced several closures in San Antonio after heavy rains blanketed the region, causing power outages, high-water rescues and at least four fatalities on Thursday, June 12. The National Weather Service (NWS) has extended the flash flood warning through 1:45 p.m. From the overnight thunderstorm, 3 to 8 inches of rain have fallen in the region, according to NWS.
