A small tropical storm has formed in the northeast Atlantic Ocean. Tropical Storm Pablo is about 325 miles west-southwest of the Azores and moving toward the east-southeast at nearly 10 mph. HOUSTON — The National Hurricane Center says a tropical system in the Gulf of Mexico has now become Tropical Storm Olga. The storm, now with sustained winds at 40 MPH, is expected to weaken by the time it makes landfall.
