A small tropical storm has formed in the northeast Atlantic Ocean. Tropical Storm Pablo is about 325 miles west-southwest of the Azores and moving toward the east-southeast at nearly 10 mph. HOUSTON — The National Hurricane Center says a tropical system in the Gulf of Mexico has now become Tropical Storm Olga.
