Watch: Large water main break floods roads in East Downtown
HOUSTON — Deputy constables have blocked some roads in Houston’s EaDo neighborhood after a water main break was reported early Tuesday.
Water was gushing from the ground at Polk and Hutchins before 5 a.m. and continued after 6 a.m.
Avoid the area if you can.
