Texas was being hit by extreme weather conditions Friday, with rain, hail and possible tornadoes in the forecast. This comes after multiple tornadoes rolled through the Florida Panhandle less than 24 hours earlier. Omar Villafranca has the latest.

Austin was ravaged by severe storms Thursday night. PFLUGERVILLE, Texas — Texas lived up to its reputation as “Flash Flood Alley” with the severe storms Thursday evening.  Travis County Emergency Services District No. 2 and the Pflugerville Fire Department rescued 16 people from cars in Williamson and Travis Counties.
