ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — Humberto became a Post-Tropical Cyclone Thursday night. Hurricane-force winds and heavy rain gave Bermuda a glancing blow as the center of the storm passed just to the north on Wednesday. Hurricane Jerry continues to spin in the Atlantic.
