HOUSTON – Forecasters warned of severe thunderstorms as a front moves through southeast Texas on Halloween night. The National Weather Service issued a tornado watch until 10 p.m. for all of the Houston region. A new CARFAX report suggests hundreds of thousands of vehicles, once stuck in flood waters, are now back on the road. Some estimates suggest almost a million Texas vehicles were damaged by Harvey.
