WILLIAMSON COUNTY, Texas – The city of Hutto is still under a boil water notice. Hutto officials say the recent storm and flooding caused damage to the city’s main water supply line, over the weekend. The damaged water line has since been fixed.  However, Hutto officials are still recommending residents to boil their water as a precaution until lab tests show it is clean and safe to drink. Over 60 people in a wedding party were rescued from an overnight reception venue called Casa Rio De Colores in Liberty Hill after they became trapped by rising water from overnight storms.  According to the Austin Fire Department, some were forced into trees and required rescue but others were able to make it to higher ground. The Williamson County Fire Marshal’s Office coordinate the rescue efforts involving multiple departments from Travis County and Williamson County. Caldwell County crews are preparing for any possible weather threats.
