AUSTIN, Texas (FOX 26) — The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has awarded nearly $4 million to the Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service (TEEX) for help with search and rescue operations following Hurricane Harvey. MESQUITE, Texas – The National Weather Service confirms the damage done to several homes in Mesquite Saturday morning was caused by an EF-0 tornado.
