Police said Ronald Robinson Jr., 37, stole the woman’s purse after helping her walk to the bathroom at an unnamed shelter. Robinson later pawned the woman’s jewelry at an area pawn shop, police said. Camelot Village was a hive of activity this week as owners, tenants and flooding recovery crews started ripping apart first-floor condos in nine flooded buildings.
