Lady Luck looked favorably on a former “Jeopardy” winner this weekend when Hurricane Florence spared his Ocracoke home. “Ocracoke got really lucky,” said Charles Temple, a high school English teacher at Ocracoke School and 2011 ”Jeopardy” winner.
