Some warnings and watches have been issued as storms, some of them severe, sweep through Central Texas. As of 1:30 p.m., more than 100 low water crossing have been closed according to ATXfloods. AUSTIN, Texas — Due to flooding conditions in the Austin area, several popular outdoor areas throughout Austin are closed. According to the City of Austin, the Barton Creek Greenbelt is closed as of Tuesday morning due to additional rainfall and potential flash flooding.
